What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Senior Learning and Development Manager to create training for High-Dosage Tutoring Tutors
- Research industry trends in tutoring to develop relevant training and learning opportunities
- Customize training modules to meet the specific needs of client partners
- Present training content for stakeholders in K-12 and Higher Education markets
- Manage training templates and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to deliver customer training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related position
- Experience in the education field, preferably in K-12 and higher education teaching or training
- Proficient in designing learning materials and modules, with experience in Articulate 360 and/or LearnUpon LMS preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Bachelor's degree required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with adult learning theories and video editing software, especially Camtasia
- Proven ability to provide and apply constructive feedback for professional growth
- Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player
