I. Job Summary
Responsible for building and executing the learning evaluation plan for high impact learning initiatives . Leads a team of full time and/or contract learning analysts. Key success factors include developing processes and standards required to design, and execute learning evaluation plans for impact, quality, , and overall learning effectiveness.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides strategic direction, planning, leadership, supervision, coaching and overall management of the Evaluation Team (e.g., process, structure, evaluation).
Becomes familiar with the Learning Consultant’s business partner – products, services, key customers, competitive landscape, business performance, key success factors, issues, and obstacles.
Plans, organizes, and implements evaluation events with Learning Consultants and Analysts that align with the overall company goals and business objectives.
Participates in strategic planning discussions and advises appropriate learning evaluation methods for organizational effectiveness and impact– current and future state.
Research, benchmarks, and proposes “best in class” learning evaluation solutions to support the company’s strategic direction.
Negotiates and agrees on service and delivery options, timing, resources, and quality measures.
Coaches and mentor instructional designers, learning consultants, and learning analysts on personal and professional development.
Performs strategic data analysis, identifies insights, and develops clear explanations of how training is related to business results utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and/or PowerBI.
Delivers custom reporting solutions for programs and curriculum, embedding appropriate Kirkpatrick measurements to illustrate progress toward Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Provides subject matter expertise to increase measurement acumen, drive consultative processes, select appropriate metrics, interpret data, and translate data into actionable insights.
III. Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises contract learning analysts.
IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Adult Education or similar area of study or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Seven years of prior work experience including five years of experience leading a high-performance learning evaluation or instructional design team (in addition to education requirement).

Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Certification Program
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Extensive understanding of current and future learning evaluation methods and tools.
Proven ability to manage a diverse team consisting of multiple projects from multiple sources.
Ability to translate business metrics into evaluation plans.
Building and managing learning evaluation teams.
Executing learning plans that are measured for overall effectiveness – levels 1 to 4.
Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of learning evaluation and instructional design.
Demonstrated experience in partnering with business/organizational leaders, learning consultants, and facilitators to translate business objectives into effective learning sessions.
Strong consultant approach to client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.

The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - 130,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate
may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education,
training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.Benefits
