- Delivers facilitation of leadership development programming, such as Leading at AdventHealth, The Whole Care Experience, and more.
- Educates and assists leaders and employees with individual development activities, including providing information on tools and resources available within AdventHealth to assist them with their individual growth and development.
- Responsibilities include but not limited to the delivery and consistency of learning operations programs
- Expected to have the expertise in competency assessment to participate in the development, coordination, facilitating, conducting, and evaluating competency in the hospital setting.
- Role models organizational and personal commitment to team member success.
- Ability to work at various times and campus locations to support program execuction
- Administers assessment instruments approved by corporate and the Leadership institute
- Supports coaching practice by participating in coaching engagements with various leadership levels and emerging talent
- Manages a system to keep all talent information organized and easily accessible
- Direct partnership with HRBP’s for data sharing
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline such as Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, talent management, education, human resources, consulting or related field
- Experience in client relationship management and consulting
- Healthcare experience / education
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)-HRCI
- SHRM-SCP
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
- Certified in at least one recognized assessment tool (i.e. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC Behavioral Assessment, etc.) or Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) certification
- Certified or academically qualified to use assessment tools
- Certification as a leadership coach
- Curriculum design and/or facilitation certification

The role you’ll contribute:
The Partner, Learning implements and facilitates Leadership Development initiatives which seek to enhance the professional growth of all AdventHealth employees. This role provides resources and builds relationships focusing on the mission and objectives set forth by the organization. Acts as operational and strategic resource driving the planning and execution of Learning initiatives rolled out by Corporate. This role interfaces with all levels of Leadership to extend and deliver learning solutions that align with organizational and department goals. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
