What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Process recurring reports by performing necessary research and fulfilling contractual obligations
- Conduct general inquiries in land systems, GIS, document imaging, and other resources
- Maintain updates in the Land system based on group-specific roles, including contract maintenance and onboarding
- Ensure proper administration of lease and contract provisions, special obligations, and payments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding of basic oil and gas terminology and operations
- Familiarity with MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in a relevant position
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively
- Proven capability to communicate professionally and manage shifting priorities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Quorum software
