      Complete Care Management is a leading provider of skilled nursing and long-term care services, operating multiple facilities across several states. We are seeking an experienced Leave of Absence Manager to oversee our employee leave programs, ensuring compliance and providing exceptional support to our workforce.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Manage Leave Programs – Oversee and administer FMLA, ADA, short-term disability, workers' compensation, personal leave, and other job-protected leaves.

      • Ensure Compliance – Stay up to date with federal, state, and company policies regarding employee leave.

      • Employee Support – Serve as the primary point of contact for facility HR Directors and assist employees throughout the leave process.

      • Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records, review medical certifications, and generate reports on leave trends.

      • Collaboration – Work closely with HR, payroll, and benefits teams to ensure smooth leave administration.

      • Training & Education – Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding leave policies and procedures.

      Qualifications

      • 3-5 years of experience managing leave of absence programs, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.

      • Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and other leave-related laws.

      • Experience in HR, employee relations, and benefits administration.

      • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

      • Ability to manage complex leave cases and support a large employee base.
