What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the Office of the General Counsel and Risk Management Department, including travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Support fiscal functions such as tracking and paying invoices, preparing the annual budget, and analyzing budget variances
- Prepare and present monthly budget reports and collaborate with the team on expenditure monitoring and forecasting
- Coordinate legal projects and manage special projects as needed
- Draft and prepare legal documents and manage all paperwork and workflow within the General Counsel's office
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial tracking tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to develop and maintain budget reports
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
