      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the Civil Litigation Division and legal secretary support to the Consumer Protection and Advocacy Section
      - Prepare complex correspondence, legal forms, and manage a large volume of copying, scanning, and filing
      - Answer inquiries from consumers, court personnel, and others regarding legal actions and procedures
      - Maintain follow-up records related to legal matters and assist with various special projects
      - Screen correspondence, visitors, and telephone calls while providing backup assistance to the receptionist

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of professional office experience
      - Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
      - Typing speed of 60 words per minute
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage a heavy workload under pressure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One year of secretarial experience, preferably in a law office
      - Familiarity with automated case management systems
      - Experience handling inquiries from high-level public officials
      - Skills in composing complex legal correspondence
      - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
