      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to Client Legal Services attorneys, including data entry and management
      - Manage calendars, schedule hearings and depositions, and maintain case files
      - Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding case-related activities
      - Monitor compliance with the Litigation Management System
      - Adapt to changing priorities and workflows while handling confidential information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Administrative experience in a legal or professional services setting preferred
      - Proficiency with technology and understanding of Florida civil procedure
      - Ability to make basic decisions within established procedures under supervision
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle tasks accurately and timely

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a legal administrative role or related field
      - Familiarity with litigation processes and legal documentation
      - Strong organizational and calendar management skills
      - Excellent business communication and client relationship-building abilities
