      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support for the Legal Department and Company Officers, including managing schedules and communications
      - Maintain compliance records, handle DOI complaints, and manage audits and lawsuits
      - Assist with attorney licensing and continuing legal education requirements
      - Coordinate meetings and events for the executive team and manage related logistics
      - Notarize documents and provide supply coordination for the executive area

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate or professional office providing full-time administrative and/or secretarial assistance
      - Experience in health insurance administration or legal department/law office administration preferred
      - Must have excellent professional communication skills
      - Ability to handle confidential matters judiciously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in legal compliance and corporate governance
      - Familiarity with health insurance regulations and processes
      - Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
      - Previous experience working with executive teams or in a legal support role
