      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform complex clerical and basic technical legal assignments under direct supervision
      - Provide clerical and litigation support to various departments and institutions
      - Organize and prepare documents for case binders and trial motions
      - Process incoming mail and manage case files in legal databases
      - Utilize case management software and legal templates for document preparation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent and two years of clerical experience, including one year in a legal environment; or
      - Two years of legal office experience; or
      - A combination of three years of college education and/or relevant experience; or
      - A two-year degree in Legal Secretary Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field
      - Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and legal procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using case management software and legal databases
      - Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail
      - Familiarity with administrative proceedings and county superior court procedures
      - Ability to create and manage legal documents using templates
      - Experience in a legal environment supporting litigation processes
