      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Open and close litigation case files and accurately perform case docketing functions
      - Manage filing, storage, and organization of electronic case files
      - Prepare, finalize for signature, and file legal documents with the proper authority
      - Periodically cover front desk duties, including answering phone calls and assisting the public
      - Log, prepare, and maintain records of invoices for litigation costs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent and two years of clerical experience including one year in a legal environment; or
      - Two years of legal office experience; or
      - A combination of three years of college education and/or relevant experience; or
      - A two-year degree in Legal Secretary Studies, Paralegal studies, or related field
      - A valid non-probationary Washington State Driver's License is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a legal office environment
      - Proficiency in legal terminology and procedures
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting
      - Bilingual skills may be advantageous
