What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for co-counsel firms regarding case referrals and documentation
- Track all incoming and outgoing referrals using firm systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Conduct regular outreach to clients regarding case updates and satisfaction follow-ups
- Support paralegals and attorneys with scheduling client meetings and maintaining client service standards
- Collect and summarize client feedback to enhance communication and service processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm, legal operations, or client relations role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with legal case management or CRM systems (Litify, Clio, or similar)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience coordinating with co-counsel or external legal partners
- Familiarity with litigation or personal injury case processes
- Comfortable analyzing and reporting referral metrics or client satisfaction data
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
