      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare court documents for service and filing
      - Manage litigation and client advice files, including electronic files
      - Assist attorneys with calendars and coordinate meetings
      - Track case assignments, deadlines, and invoices for outside vendors
      - Contribute to organizational system improvements as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two years of post-secondary coursework in legal secretarial or business skills
      - One year of litigation support work demonstrating familiarity with legal form, terminology, and documents
      - Comprehensive knowledge of legal terminology and court e-filing programs
      - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under time pressure
      - Strong attention to detail and professionalism in interactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using various software packages for litigation support and calendaring
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Familiarity with the City of Seattle's Race and Social Justice Initiative
