      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist attorneys by preparing, revising, formatting, and proofreading various legal documents
      - Maintain calendars and track deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
      - Coordinate and schedule meetings, administrative hearings, and manage incoming correspondence
      - Establish and maintain complex, privileged, and sensitive files and records
      - Provide backup support to other attorneys as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of three years of full-time experience as a legal assistant in a law firm or law office
      - Ability to type accurately at a rate of 60 words per minute or better
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
      - Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading, grammar, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in corporate or government transactional work
      - Familiarity with public works and/or construction contracting
      - Knowledge of local, state, and federal court rules and filing procedures
