      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to Deputy Attorneys General and investigative staff
      - Proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance with agency regulations
      - Open, maintain, and archive case files, as well as assist with document review in litigation cases
      - Coordinate travel arrangements and process reimbursements for attorneys and investigators
      - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and operate office equipment like printers and scanners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of responsible clerical, enforcement, or investigative work experience
      - Ability to perform administrative tasks in a legal office setting
      - Proficient in using desktop computers and office equipment
      - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least one year of experience working in an office environment
      - Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures
      - Previous experience in a government or public sector role
      - Knowledge of document management systems
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread documents accurately
