      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review title orders to evaluate the condition and insurability of titles in accordance with company guidelines
      - Conduct thorough research and analysis of public records and legal documents to establish ownership and legal descriptions
      - Identify title defects or discrepancies and develop solutions to resolve these issues
      - Communicate clearly with clients regarding the chain of title, exceptions, and requirements
      - Adhere to production targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely completion of tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in title examination
      - Comprehensive understanding of real estate law and title examination processes
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent problem-solving abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with title examination procedures
      - High school diploma or equivalent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certifications related to title examination or real estate law
      - Experience with advanced title examination software or tools
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced legal environment
      - Knowledge of current trends and changes in real estate law
