      Description

The Vibe: Collaborative, supportive, and deeply dedicated to clients.

At The HR Law Firm, we know that a truly great law practice isn't just built on sharp legal minds-it's anchored by the people who keep the ship running smoothly. We aren't just looking for someone to fill a seat; we are looking for a warm, grounded, and organized professional to become the heartbeat of our daily operations.

If you are someone who brings a calm, mature presence to a bustling environment, prides yourself on impeccable work, would notice a needle in a haystack, and genuinely loves helping people, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do (Your Day-to-Day Impact):

You'll be the bridge between clients and our attorneys. Your mission is to keep our firm operating efficiently and our team beautifully aligned.
      • The Gatekeeper & Guide: You'll be the welcoming voice on the phone and the thoughtful pen behind our emails, ensuring clients feel heard and valued.
      • The Master Coordinator: Coordinate meetings, manage projects, and keep a watchful eye on calendars so our legal team never misses a beat (or a deadline).
      • The Document Craftsman: Assists in preparing and proofing legal documents and contracts with a sharp eye for detail.
      • The Problem Solver: Tackle projects and daily tasks with a proactive, "I've got this" attitude.

      Who You Are:
      • An Experienced Admin Assistant: You know the ropes of a professional office and understand how to navigate a fast-paced environment with grace.
      • A Culture Fit: You value mutual respect, open communication, and a positive workplace culture. You take your work seriously, but don't take yourself too seriously.
      • A Reliable Anchor: You possess the maturity to handle sensitive situations with discretion and a steady hand.
      • Details Matter to You (LIKE A LOT): You consistently deliver high-quality work because you believe the little things make a big difference.

FULL-TIME POSITION. MUST BE LOCATED IN PST OR MST TIMEZONE AND AVAILABILITY MUST BE BETWEEN 8 AM - 5 PM PST MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. IF INTERVIEWED, PLEASE BE SURE TO ASK US ABOUT OUR UNIQUE CLIENT POLICY THAT KEEPS OUR WORKPLACE A POSITIVE ONE!

      Responsibilities
      • Utilize firm templates and a great deal of attention to detail to create custom policies and documents for clients
      • Proofread, cross-reference, combine, compare, and contrast policies, concepts, and documents to produce complete and custom documents for clients
