      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process payments following the firm's policies and procedures
      - Accurately track and manage client payments in the case management system
      - Generate draft bills and make necessary edits for consistency and accuracy
      - Assist with accounts receivable follow-up to maintain positive client trust balances
      - Perform daily and weekly audits to ensure billing accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing-related processes, preferably in a law firm
      - High school diploma required; college degree preferred
      - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
      - Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Clio is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing billing processes in a professional services environment
      - Familiarity with LawPay for processing payments
      - Strong aptitude for working with numbers and budgets
      - Demonstrated professionalism and empathy in client interactions
