What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or collections environment
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and collections processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Paralegal certification or equivalent education
- Experience with case management software
- Familiarity with state and federal collection laws
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
