Description
Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment? Do you have strong collections experience, with exposure to foreclosure or bankruptcy matters in a law firm as a plus?
Wainwright & Associates P.A. is seeking a proactive Legal Collections Specialist to support attorneys in managing debt-related cases from initiation through resolution in a fully remote setting.
Compensation and Benefits:
Responsibilities
• Prepare and review case documents
• File court documents accurately
• Track deadlines and case status
• Manage digital case files
• Communicate with clients and courts
• Monitor payments and records
Qualifications
• 2+ years relevant experience
• Strong background in collections (required)
• Exposure to bankruptcy or foreclosure preferred
• Knowledge of court procedures
• Strong communication skills
