What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary intake point for legal requests, coordinating and managing workflow efficiently
- Support privacy and compliance operations, ensuring proper documentation and recordkeeping
- Own legal intake, tracking, and workflow systems, managing configuration and data accuracy
- Build and maintain dashboards to analyze legal workload and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface risks and ensure clear communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; paralegal certificate preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of paralegal, legal operations, or contract management experience
- Experience with legal systems such as CLM or legal intake tools
- Familiarity with data privacy concepts including DPAs, FERPA, and GDPR
- Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or education technology environments
- Prior work with contract management systems or workflow tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build collaborative relationships
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
