What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage legal ticketing and contract lifecycle processes, including tracking and maintaining the contract database
- Assist with legal research and preparation of memoranda and summaries
- Liaise with internal business teams to gather information and respond to routine legal inquiries
- Support outside counsel management, including invoice review and matter tracking
- Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and supporting documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a legal department, law firm, or compliance function
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with contract management systems and legal technology tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with e-discovery platforms and litigation support processes
- Paralegal certificate
