What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate required documents for lenders for insured transactions
- Enter fees for preparation of initial and final closing disclosures
- Field lender inquiries and provide timely responses to fee information requests
- Process initial lender requests, updates, and title commitment deliveries
- Maintain professionalism in communication with customers and clients via phone and email
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of title processing experience with knowledge of real estate transactions and closing procedures
- Proficiency with title processing software (e.g., Qualia, Simplifile)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
- High level of attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with multiple systems and quick adaptability to new technologies
