      Job Description

      Responsibilities & Deliverables:

      Lead a team of inside sales people, and coach/mentor them to generate revenue by selling software solutions and services to existing and new clients within assigned territory/accounts. Help the reps manage relationship with assigned client base to ensure retention and grow revenue. This position will focus on the Finastra Lending and Mortgage suite of products in both bank and credit union markets that are smaller in asset size. Selling activities will be performed through Digital sales channels.
      • Develop constant 90 day plans for your team, and guide the reps to develop, execute, and manage their go to market plans.
      • Work as a player/coach on strategic opportunities, and assist to close business and to achieve or exceed assigned bookings/quota objectives.
      • Create and manage a strategic territory plan that includes activities for quota attainment for existing client base.
      • Analyze financial position and challenges of clients to determine sales approach.
      • Maintain sales forecasting and pipeline data in CRM
      • Present weekly, monthly, quarterly sales goals for your team.
      • Attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
      • Coordinate internal resources to ensure prompt, accurate, and professional delivery of sales, marketing, and proposal materials to clients.
      • Build and maintain relationship with client contacts to communicate strategic plans and status.
      • Serve as escalation coordinator for implementation, customer service, and product issues.
      • Develop and maintain relationships with industry/professional individuals and organizations.
      • Participate in user group meetings and trade shows as needed.
      • Stay abreast of current industry trends, competitors, and current/new company products and services.
      • Participate in training programs as directed by manager.
      • Other duties as assigned.


      Required Skills and Experience:
      • 5+ years of sales management experience
      • Demonstrated track record of selling over the phone with a history of exceeding sales goals.
      • Experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: Consumer Lending, Commercial Lending, Mortgage Lending, Branch Operations, SaaS, Software, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Hybrid Cloud.
      • Sales automation tool (Dynamics, SFDC, or comparable CRM) experience preferred.
