      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide first-level client support via phone, email, and remote assistance tools for hardware, software, and network-related issues
      - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications
      - Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software systems for clients
      - Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
      - Monitor and maintain client systems to ensure security and performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Passion for technology
      - Associate's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
      - Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 applications
      - Experience with Windows operating systems and hardware support
      - Experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Microsoft certification (e.g., Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
      - Experience with Microsoft Intune MDM and Conditional Access
      - Knowledge of Microsoft Powershell Scripting
      - Knowledge of networking principles and protocols
      - Familiarity with professional services automation (PSA) and RMM platforms
