      A centralized primarily remote role responsible for CMMS administrative maintenance planning scheduling inventory logic, and performance reporting for 20+ customer sites. Supporting both material handling equipment (MH) and facilities maintenance (FM) programs, ensuring data accuracy, PM compliance, optimized resource utilization, and visibility into maintenance performance across the region.

      Job Functions:

      • Owns governance, configuration, and integrity of the CMMS for equipment and facility assets.
      • Develops and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules across 20+ sites.
      • Builds, audits, and improves PM plans, routes, schedules, and work packages.
      • Manages work order lifecycle ensuring accurate planning, execution, closure, and documentation.
      • Maintains assets, equipment, and facility metadata including hierarchy, naming, and labeling.
      • Plans and optimizes spare parts and critical materials using usage history and forecasting.
      • Coordinates and tracks third-party vendor work and costs in the CMMS.
      • Develops and publishes maintenance KPIs including PM compliance, backlog, downtime, and inventory health.
      • Uses Excel and analytics tools to provide insights and decision support to leadership.
      • Other duties as assigned.


      Required Job Skills:

      • Bachelor's degree preferred OR equivalent experience. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CMMS administration, maintenance planning, scheduling, or materials/supply planning supporting multi-site industrial or distribution environments.
      • Advanced proficiency with CMMS platforms, Microsoft Excel, and reporting/analytics tools.
      • All OEM manuals shall e used for parts ordering and development of PMs.
      • 10% travel needed for audits


      Preferred Job Skills:

      • Power BI preferred.
