      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interact with current policyholders via phone, email, and chat
      - Contact customers' banks/lenders to obtain additional details
      - Create and update policies for customer review
      - Submit payments and issue refunds
      - Educate customers on policies and coverages

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
      - Experience in a call center or high incoming call volume environment
      - Superior customer service skills
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure
      - Proficient in Google Suite or similar tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
      - Home insurance experience highly preferred
      - A strong need for efficiency and process improvement
