      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding policies and billing
      - Process payments and mortgage verifications while adhering to assigned authority levels
      - Research and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
      - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring service levels are met
      - Collaborate with team members and management to resolve customer service issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One or more active licenses in Property & Casualty
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
      - Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
      - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
      - 2+ years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance or equivalent combination of education and experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with homeowners' insurance
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Proven ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
      - Familiarity with insurance agency or direct carrier operations
      - Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
