What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls and conduct outbound outreach to members regarding insurance and membership products
- Assess customers' insurance needs and provide tailored coverage solutions
- Clearly explain coverage limits, deductibles, payment options, and policy details
- Generate and manage leads while cross-selling additional products
- Participate in performance planning and continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- State Property & Casualty insurance sales license or the ability to obtain one
- Proven sales success and computer proficiency
- Availability to participate in required training sessions
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of consultative sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
