- Hourly wage up to $21.00 plus uncapped commissions (on-target annual earnings: $100,000-$150,000+)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto and home insurance policies
- Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing
- Prepare and bind quotes through our carriers
- Effectively problem-solve and handle objections to facilitate customer policy purchases
- Provide attentive and engaging conversations with customers to find suitable policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively
- Must be available for flexible scheduling options
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance industry or knowledge of insurance products
- Familiarity with inbound sales processes
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets or goals
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
