  Responsibilities
  • Call every day: Contact clients who have already requested information.
  • Present the complete solution in a single call: Explain the product, answer questions, and guide the client toward a final decision.
  • Close the sale on the first call: Master the "one-call close" using the provided scripts and systems.
  • Follow the script carefully: Maintain the structure of the call so you don't lose the client.
  • Use the CRM correctly: Update every contact and make sure all information is complete and accurate.
  • Connect to the virtual office daily: Access live support, training, and mentorship in Spanish.
  • Follow up only when necessary: If the client needs additional information, close quickly with a callback.
  
  Qualifications
  • 18 years or older with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Basic computer skills: use of Zoom, email, and CRM.
  • A phone, a laptop, or a computer, and a stable internet connection.
  • A positive attitude, hunger to grow, and willingness to learn.
  • Discipline to work from home without direct supervision.
  • Ability to communicate clearly over the phone.
  • No prior experience in sales or insurance required - we provide complete training.
  • A life insurance license is a plus, but not required (we help you obtain it).
