      - Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing
      - Prepare and bind quotes through various insurance carriers
      - Effectively problem-solve and handle objections to facilitate customer purchases
      - Engage in attentive, high-energy conversations with customers to match them with the best policy options

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
      - Passion for helping others
      - Must obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 2 weeks of starting
      - Excellent problem-solving skills
      - Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales or customer service within the insurance industry
      - Familiarity with insurance products and services
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in using mobile and web applications
      - Strong organizational skills
