What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers seeking personal line auto and home insurance policies
- Educate customers on policy details, including coverage and pricing
- Prepare and bind quotes through various insurance carriers
- Effectively problem-solve and handle objections to facilitate customer purchases
- Engage in attentive and energetic conversations to match policies with individual customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer engagement abilities
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must be available to work flexible schedules, including options for 5-day, 8-hour or 4-day, 10-hour workweeks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with insurance policy details and coverage options
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
