What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and develop new client relationships
- Conduct insurance consultations to assess client needs and recommend coverage options
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure beneficial agreements
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-up communications
- Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries and assisting with claims
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure client agreements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in sales administration tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of industry regulations such as HIPAA
