Responsibilities
• Meet with clients virtually (phone/Zoom) or in person to match them with affordable life insurance plans
• Use our lead system to manage outreach, presentations, and follow-ups
• Stay plugged into mentorship and training to sharpen your skills
• Take ownership of your own schedule, income, and career path
• We will be giving you comprehensive training, guidance, and support. One-on-one mentoring is also provided
• We offer five different income streams, including stock shares to reward your enterprising efforts (your income is not limited.)
• NO cold calling, NO door knocking, NO relying on referrals only
• We support having independence for you and your family, as well as a work-life balance! Own both your time and your schedule!
• We give our sales people state-of-the-art technology and an extensive catalog of products to help them easily and quickly close sales
Qualifications
• Willing to obtain a state life insurance license (if not already licensed)
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Trainable and committed to growth
• Strong communication skills, you can work anywhere in the country, but you have to be plugged into your mentor. (We have our own virtual call center via zoom.)
• Need a readiness to learn and be trained
• No felonies on your record
• Coachable
