What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, including phone and computer tasks
- Create and deliver mortgage loan disclosure packages to borrowers
- Review loan files, identify deficiencies, and notify loan officers or processors
- Manage a pipeline of various loan types, including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans
- Facilitate timely loan closings by coordinating with Title Companies and customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of mortgage-related experience with customer contact
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong prioritization and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales support experience
- Experience with Salesforce
