What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions over the phone
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals
- Complete transactional sales through closing
- Adhere to Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies and procedures
- Make outbound calls to follow up on and close business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must currently hold an active Health & Life Insurance License
- Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, TX, UT, VA, WI
- Experience selling Medicare Supplement/Medigap is preferred
- Experience selling Individual and/or senior insurance products via the telephone
- Excellent computer software skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Project and Internet skills)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred
- Call center experience preferred
- Must be flexible in hours you are able to work (possible weekends)
- Must be able to work 50hr/week during AEP
