What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell pet insurance policies through inside sales
- Handle over 100 tasks daily, with a focus on outbound calls/texts
- Overcome customer objections and actively ask for sales
- Engage with customers via live chat and manage follow-up tasks
- Gather customer feedback to drive improvements in services and offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of P&C insurance sales experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build instant rapport with customers
- Self-motivated, energetic, and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to educate customers about pet insurance and demonstrate its value
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Veterinary Technician experience is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in inside sales or business development
