      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clinical physical therapy treatments for program participants at various care levels
      - Communicate participant changes and progress to the Registered Physical Therapist
      - Maintain documentation according to state and federal PACE regulations
      - Participate in patient care conferences and document according to professional standards
      - Instruct participants and family members in therapeutic maintenance programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate from a physical therapist assistant curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
      - Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Colorado
      - Minimum of one year experience working with the frail or elderly population
      - Good working knowledge of the physical, psychosocial, and behavioral needs of the elderly
      - Valid driver's license and means of transportation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a skilled nursing facility
      - Ability to understand medical terminology relevant to physical therapy
      - Experience in communicating effectively with participants, staff, and physicians
      - Familiarity with PACE policies and procedures
