      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to incoming calls from Toyota customers interested in Personal Lines insurance offerings
      - Place outbound calls to review and explain quotes to Toyota customers
      - Sell Personal Lines insurance products and achieve department sales goals
      - Conduct thorough policy reviews and offer tailored insurance options based on customer needs
      - Customize quotes and provide compelling reasons for customers to choose the employer as their insurance agent

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License required
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in P&C/PL insurance sales
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficient in Agency Management Software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
      - Excellent active listening skills and a customer-focused sales approach

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multilingual
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
      - Prior call center experience
      - Self-starter with a strong sales motivation and ability to influence others
