      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to incoming calls from Toyota customers interested in Personal Lines insurance, preparing or reviewing quotes
      - Conduct outbound calls to Toyota customers to discuss previously created quotes and explain insurance options
      - Sell Personal Lines insurance products and achieve/exceed department close ratios for inbound and outbound leads
      - Conduct thorough policy reviews during quoting interactions to offer the best insurance options based on individual needs
      - Customize quotes and provide relevant reasons to support the value of being the customer's insurance agent

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License required
      - Minimum 2 years of experience in P&C/PL insurance sales required
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Agency Management Software and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multilingual skills are a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
      - Prior call center experience preferred
      - Confident self-starter with a strong customer-focused sales approach
      - Great active listening skills and ability to persuade and influence others
      - Detail-oriented with strong business acumen
