What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Quote and sell automobile, homeowner's, and renter's insurance policies to new and existing customers
- Engage with customers to provide tailored insurance solutions and explain coverage details
- Verify the accuracy of information provided by potential insureds regarding their insurance and driving history
- Conduct outbound follow-up on unsold internet leads and assist existing customers with policy changes
- Attend sales meetings and educational activities to stay updated on market trends and regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance producer license or personal lines
- Must reside within the required distance from the hub location
- Must be available to commit to training and work schedule
- Strong empathy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
- Familiarity with insurance products and market trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
