      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide regulatory technical assistance and conduct mandated inspections and investigations of licensed providers
      - Monitor provider compliance by reviewing complaints and reports of serious incidents
      - Issue and modify licenses and review requests to modify services
      - Develop and implement systemic corrective actions for compliance issues
      - Recommend licensing actions based on regulatory compliance reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Understanding of clinical assessments related to service plan development and implementation
      - Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders, mental health diagnoses, and/or developmental disabilities
      - Administrative, management, and/or quality assurance experience in public and private service delivery systems
      - Experience in interpreting regulations and policies
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop professional relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in regulatory roles within health and human services
      - Familiarity with the Rules and Regulations For Licensing Providers
