What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the management and oversight of the employer's alcohol license program
- Prepare and submit alcohol license applications, including renewals and amendments, to relevant authorities
- Maintain a database of all licenses and their renewal dates
- Manage relationships with outside liquor license attorneys and review their invoices
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure relevant taxes are paid as part of the licensing process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience obtaining alcohol licenses and other types of business licenses/registrations/permits
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-activity environment while managing multiple projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and engage with remote team members with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with tied house rules
- Experience in the sports, entertainment, and/or hospitality industry
