What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and input application information into the agency database, conducting needs assessments and issuing deficiency notices as necessary
- Assist clients with questions regarding licensure and certification requirements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Provide technical assistance based on research and interpretation of program rules and regulations, making determinations on licensure and certification
- Evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance the client experience
- Compile and generate reports related to customer service surveys and assist with additional duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, customer support, licensing, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and Workspace
- Ability to apply problem-solving techniques to resolve complex technical issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act and agency policies and procedures
- Experience in customer service principles and practices
- Skills in negotiating and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with using various office equipment and software packages
- Strong analytical, research, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
