  **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
  - Review and input application information into the agency database, conducting needs assessments and issuing deficiency notices as needed
  - Assist clients with questions regarding licensure and certification requirements, including testing and fees
  - Provide technical assistance based on research and interpretation of program rules and regulations
  - Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client experience
  - Compile and generate reports related to customer service surveys
  
  **What is Required (Qualifications):**
  - Minimum 1-year experience in data entry, customer support, licensing, or a related field
  - High school diploma or equivalent
  - Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  - Proficiency in Google Suite and Workspace
  - Ability to apply problem-solving techniques to resolve complex technical issues
  
  **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
  - Experience in a regulatory or licensing environment
  - Familiarity with the Nurse Practice Act and agency policies and procedures
  - Strong analytical and research skills
  - Experience in process improvement initiatives
  - Background in customer service principles and practices
