What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate new customers' insurance needs and create tailored experiences that exceed expectations
- Onboard incoming clients and retain existing ones through various customer service tasks
- Expand the prospective customer base and market insurance products through networking and referrals
- Maintain accurate databases, records, and bookkeeping to ensure all paperwork is up to date
- Assist policyholders with the insurance claims process and supervise the progress of current claims
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong work ethic and recognition of the value of hard work to achieve financial goals
- High integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to becoming a visible community member
- Proven history of leadership and management in a business development role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite

- Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries
- Customer service or sales representative experience
