What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Maintain bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records to report progress toward monthly initiatives
- Stay updated on insurance industry changes and protocols, ensuring compliance with policy requirements
- Implement effective sales strategies to maintain and grow existing customer portfolios
- Collaborate with policyholders to develop and deliver tailored risk management strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Active Life & Health insurance license is required
- High school diploma is required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with accounting and/or sales lead software
