What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell a variety of life insurance products, including Final Expense, Term Life, Whole Life, and more
- Utilize the exclusive real-time lead system to connect with potential clients
- Participate in live online training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve personal and organizational sales goals
- Guide new agents through the process of obtaining their Life Insurance Producer License
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently licensed life insurance agents preferred, but candidates without a license are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Motivation and self-discipline to build a successful insurance business
- Ability to participate in training and webinars as required
