      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales goals within the assigned territory
      - Cultivate and manage relationships with key distribution partners such as advisors and agents
      - Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings, product presentations, and training sessions
      - Identify opportunities for new business and guide advisors on advanced market strategies
      - Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems, providing regular performance reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field
      - 3+ years of experience in life insurance wholesaling, sales, or distribution support
      - Deep understanding of life insurance products and advanced market concepts
      - Active Life & Health Insurance license required
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - FINRA Series 6, 7, and/or 63 highly desired
      - Comfort with technology and virtual selling platforms such as Zoom and Salesforce
      - Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Redtail
      - Working knowledge of an insurance agency management system
